🛍️Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms and conditions governing subscriptions to the AlpaCards Service (“Service”), including the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund of subscriptions. It also explains your rights and obligations as a subscriber, as well as the procedures for managing your subscription.

By accessing or using the AlpaCards Website or App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You accept the terms of this Subscription Policy and any updates or modifications made to it from time to time.

  2. You agree to the automatic collection of payments, renewal of subscriptions, and the use of your payment information as described in this Policy.

  3. You confirm that you are over 18 (eighteen) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you do not accept this Subscription Policy, you may not subscribe to the Service, and certain features of the AlpaCards App or Website may not be available to you.

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Subscription Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be published on this Website/App. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

  1. Trial Period (Free or Paid)

AlpaCards may provide a free or paid trial period to allow users to evaluate the Service. Unless the trial is cancelled before its expiration date, the subscription fee displayed at the time of the initial purchase will be automatically charged to your selected payment method. Any introductory discounts or promotional prices will be clearly shown during checkout.

  1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly, or any other period offered at the time of purchase), unless you cancel beforehand. The renewal will occur using the same payment method you initially provided.

  1. Payment Authorization

You authorize AlpaCards and the respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform where the Service is distributed) to charge subscription fees upon purchase, after a trial period ends, or during each automatic renewal cycle.

  1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, deleting the AlpaCards app does not cancel your subscription. • For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation must be performed through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal period. • For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, cancellation must be made through your Google Play account at least 24 hours before renewal. • For subscriptions purchased directly through the AlpaCards website, cancellation can be done via your account settings prior to the end of the current billing period.

  1. Refunds and Money-Back Requests

Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores (Apple, Google, etc.) are governed by their respective refund policies. AlpaCards cannot process refunds for purchases made through these platforms — you must submit refund requests directly to the store where you made the purchase.

For subscriptions purchased through the AlpaCards website, refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of AlpaCards and in accordance with applicable laws. Refunds generally cannot be provided after the subscription period has fully elapsed unless required by law.

  1. Changes to Subscription Pricing

AlpaCards reserves the right to update or modify subscription fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

  1. Digital Service Consumption and Right of Withdrawal

By accessing the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that certain legal rights to withdraw from the contract (such as within the EU, EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions) may be limited. In such cases, any potential refund may be reduced proportionally based on the period during which the digital service was already provided.
